Inequality in water access and water use in South Africa
The Cape Town water crises has brought out some previously, generally ignored/ unconsidered/ underdiscussed conversations on water. One of these conversations is around what kind of access different constituencies in Cape Town have had to water B.D. (Before the Drought). What do the city's restrictions mean to those who have been living on less than 50 L/ day anyway?
